My Mission
At Rooted Willow Counseling, I aim to create a warm and grounded space where you can feel safe reconnecting with your inner strengths. With a collaborative, culturally aware, and evidence-based approach, we nurture resilience, build self-trust, and work together toward meaningful, restorative growth.
My Practice
I provide individual counseling primarily with adolescents and adults. My services include personalized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based practices. I am presently providing in person and telehealth services to individuals located in Ohio.
EMDR Treatment
I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. It is an effective treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, phobias and depression.
